What is your return policy?
All purchases made on our store are considered final sale. If you have any questions regarding the dimensions, color options, hardware details, or any other aspect of the item, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you further.
WHAT IS CUSTOMIZABLE?
All AKC furniture and case good pieces are fully customizable! For our furniture, you can either choose one of our amazing fabrics or use your own for an additional fee. For case goods, if you would like to change dimensions, use another hardware option or paint/stain color that is not listed, please contact us with the customizations you would like.
Can i get my pieces sooner?
If you find yourself in need of a quicker turnaround time for your order, we have rush fee options available. Simply reach out to us and inform us of your desired delivery timeframe, and we will present you with the necessary fees and scheduling options.
How Do I Care for My AKC Furniture?
For Velvets:
Clean with water-based cleaning agents, or water-based foam. Most household cleaning agents are detrimental to fabric’s color and life. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup.
For Linens:
Use water based cleaning agents only. Do not use solvents. To remove a stain, gently blot or hand wash, being careful not to over wet fabric. Please note caution that excessive brushing or vacuuming may harm fabric finish.
